双碳背景下,石化企业节能减碳压力日益严峻,生物制造正成为推动其绿色转型的重要路径之一。文章梳理了国内外生物质能源与化工领域相关政策及发展规划,综述了国内外大型石化企业在生物基聚烯烃技术研发与工业化应用方面的阶段性进展。展望未来,尽管生物基聚烯烃仍面临技术成熟度低、生产成本偏高以及产品绿色溢价难以充分体现等挑战,但随着政策持续支持、技术不断进步以及市场逐步规范,生物质产业有望进入有序、良性发展的新阶段。
Abstract:Against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" goals(carbon peaking and carbon neutrality), petrochemical enterprises are facing pressure to save energy and reduce carbon emissions, and biomanufacturing has become one of the important paths for the green transformation and development of petrochemical enterprises. This article analyzes the relevant policies and development plans for biomass development at home and abroad, summarizes the phased progress made by large domestic and foreign petrochemical enterprises in bio-based polyolefin technology research and industrial application, and looks forward to the future of bio-based polyolefins. Despite the challenges such as low technological maturity, high production costs, and difficulty in reflecting the green premium of products, with the gradual implementation of policy support, technological progress, and market standardization in the future, the biomass industry is expected to enter a stage of orderly and sound development.
