聚丙烯装置VOCs治理效果分析

随着环保监管愈发严格,对炼化企业VOCs排放治理标准与要求也越来越高。某聚丙烯装置采用间歇式液相本体法工艺生产聚丙烯,闪蒸釜置换氮气、压料氮气、PSA尾气等气体中VOCs含量较高,为提升装置环保水平,降低丙烯及氮气单耗,实施了闪蒸釜连续抽真空气提、压料氮气循环利用等治理措施,实现了VOCs达标排放和降本增效的目标。装置目前存在PSA尾气未回收、氮气压缩机电耗高等问题,提出PSA尾气回收与降低氮气压缩机电耗的思路与措施。

Abstract:

With the increasingly strict supervision of environmental protection, the VOCs emission standards of refinery/petrochemical enterprise have been tightened. A polypropylene plant adopting the batch liquid-phase bulk process to produce polypropylene was confronted with the problem of high content of VOCs in the gases including nitrogenin flash reactor, nitrogen for pressure pneumatic delivery and PSA tail gas. In order to improve the environmental protection level and reduce the consumption of propylene and nitrogen, the continuous vacuum stripping for flash tank and the recycling of nitrogen from the pressure pneumatic delivery were implemented, and the targets of VOCs emission, cost reduction and efficiency increase were achieved. Meanwhile, the ideas and measures of PSA tail gas recovery and reducing power consumption of nitrogen compressor were also put forward to iron out the remaining issues in the future.
